U.S. Senate voted 4 times in 2 days to deny existence of manmade global warming

In a series of votes that took place on Thursday and Friday, the U.S. Senate voted against four separate measures that would have put it on record as recognizing what the vast majority of climate scientists have shown for decades now: that global warming since the start of the industrial revolution is largely manmade
The votes, which were on amendments to a bill that would force the White House to approve the controversial Keystone XL Pipeline, signaled just how far out of step the Republican majority is with what are largely uncontroversial findings in the scientific community
